Every new student gets a free 3-day consecutive trial to experience our teaching before paying anything. The only requirement during the trial is showing up on time — late attendance or unexcused absences may end the remaining trial slots early.
Once your free trial is complete, regular slots are secured by payment through the official website (noorclasses.in) only, processed via Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. Please never pay a teacher or support staff member directly.
Because we allocate a dedicated, specially trained teacher and moderator to your slot, paid amounts are non-refundable and not pro-rated for voluntary withdrawal or missed classes on the student's side. This is exactly why we offer a full free trial first — so you can decide with confidence before paying.
3-month advance payment: if you pay 3 months upfront for the 10% discount and need to stop partway through, we'll refund you for the months you haven't yet studied. Months already completed are charged at our standard monthly rate (the discount applies only to months you actually complete), and the remaining balance from your advance payment is refunded to you.
Need a break of more than 7 consecutive days? Tell us in advance and we'll pause your billing plan until you return — your paid classes are held safely. Absences under 7 days are counted as regular sessions and can't be paused. Permanent or temporary timing changes need at least 3 days' notice and are subject to teacher/moderator availability.
If a teacher misses a class due to a genuine emergency, the session is never simply lost — we guarantee a makeup class, scheduled on a weekend or another time that works for you.
Classes pause on official Indian national holidays and major Islamic calendar holidays (such as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha), so our teachers and staff can spend time with their families. Exact dates are shared with students in advance.
We ask all students and parents to interact respectfully and politely with teachers, moderators, and staff. Noor Classes reserves the right to end enrollment immediately, without refund, for abusive behavior or foul language.
We teach the recitation, Tajweed, and memorization of the Quran, along with authentic Hadith — nothing more. We don't host discussions on specific schools of jurisprudence or sectarian differences. Every seeker is welcome here, regardless of background.
We collect the information needed to run your classes well: contact and billing details, student age/gender/learning preferences (to match the right teacher), and basic technical data to improve the site. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant, licensed payment gateway — we never see or store your card details ourselves. We don't sell or rent your information; it's shared only with your assigned teacher/moderator, Razorpay, or when required by law. Cookies are used to improve your browsing experience, and you can manage these in your browser settings.
